CoAction is the designated service provider for children, young people and adults with an intellectual disability in the West Cork area. The Home Sharing service within CoAction provides three stands of care: short breaks, contract care and shared living. We provide a unique quality service which is achieved by helping each person reach their ambitions and develop relationships within their local community. Our Home Sharing Families are from all walks of life with all different levels of experience. Clare

Home Share Clare is a short breaks respite service that provides its service to both children and adults with an intellectual disability in the Clare region. The uniqueness of this service is that it is provided by families in their home and offers individuals availing of the service the opportunity to make new friends and widen their social circle within the community.

Hosts come from a wide variety of backgrounds and are supported by the Home Share team.
